Color Consulting - an instinctual skill that Carol initially developed under the influence of colorist Ahmed Yacoubi and has cultivated through schooling and extensive on-the-job application. Clients receive practical, immediate, and appealing results in any environment. The results honor the history, use, shape and desire for the space - coordinating any other design elements such as fabric, carpeting, lighting, woodwork, and furnishings.
Like a sixth sense, choosing or custom-mixing a color is a felt process that calculates countless elements almost instantly. Cannon's study of color therapy, the perception and effects of color on the body and emotions are inherent to this process. As a life-long study she references color masters, Mother Nature and her exploration of the magic of color in her painting.
Most consultations are complete in one or two visits, depending how directed the client is initially. Sample boards are frequently presented and phone support given freely.
